REFUND POLICY

LOGOARTX REFUND POLICY
LOGOARTX provides its customers with a friendly refund policy in case the customer is dissatisfied with the services. Following terms and conditions should be kept in mind while claiming for a refund:

To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with LOGOARTX, you would need to contact LOGOARTX via email at _____________ or by phone at ____________ 

You have to provide us with the Order number and provide a valid reason for a Refund request to proceed with the refund.

Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days and will be notified of the results via email.

In cases of Direct Debit, the refund request can be processed only after 6 weeks period from the payment date, period needed for your bank process settlement to complete.

Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order with LOGOARTX

You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed.

Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.

In the case of misunderstandings between LOGOARTX Refund Policy and the Customer, the present Refund policy will prevail.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUND PAYMENT REGULATIONS:

If the refund request is granted by LOGOARTX, payments are refunded as follows:
Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days;
Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end-user;
PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
If applicable, LOGOARTX reserve the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by you.
