2. Payment Policy for Pencil Sketch Orders (Strict) ✏️🖌️

2.1 Full Payment Before Starting  

All pencil sketch orders require 100% upfront payment.  

Work begins only after payment is confirmed.

2.2 No Refund on Custom Artwork 🎨❌  

Pencil sketches are fully hand-drawn artworks requiring hours of effort.  

Therefore:  

**All payments are final and non-refundable once the artwork is completed and shown to the client (via scanned image).**

2.3 No Edits After Completion 🖌️  

Since artwork is hand-drawn, it cannot be edited like digital art.  

No changes, no modifications, no redesigns.

2.4 Approval & Shipping Process 🚚📎

1. Client pays full sketch amount.  

2. Artist creates the sketch ✏️🖌️  

3. A scanned preview is shared for approval.  

4. After approval, we collect:  

   • Shipping charges  

   • Shipping address  

5. Artwork is shipped once shipping payment is received.  

Approving the scanned sketch = client accepts the final artwork. ✅

• Delivery times depend on the courier.  

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
